Industry-experienced Contracts Administrator needed for a client in Pompano Beach, FL. E-Automate experience is preferred and previous industry experience if required for the position.
Duties:
- Set up all service contracts using E-Automate software.
- Renew and bill service contracts.
- Review contracts for accuracy and completion.
- Gather meter reads using Print Audit, email, faxing, and phone calls.
- Enter all meter read information in appropriate software.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Review P&L on all contracts.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous copier industry experience required.
- Contracts and billing experience required.
- Previous E-Automate and Print Audit experience highly preferred .
- Must be a team player.
