Since March, we’ve been covering the many disruptions from the pandemic. But we don’t want the global or even the industry-wide changes to overshadow the personal – you shouldn’t get lost in the statistics.
Under normal circumstances, industry professionals get a chance to tell us about their compensation, job satisfaction, work-life balance, etc. in our annual salary surveys. Our published surveys balance the industry-specific data with the anecdotal stories we hear from our clients, candidates and newsletter audience.
Unfortunately, any salary data collected across a volatile year like this presents an analytical challenge. For this reason, we delayed our 2020 salary survey publications.
