Disruption might be the best word to describe 2020 — and the great disrupter was the spread of COVID-19, which caused a worldwide pandemic and changed everyday life in big and small ways — for everyone, everywhere.
Since 2001, Copier Careers has published annual salary surveys for Copier Channel professionals. These surveys have been published in the wake of 9/11, throughout the Great Recession and the following economic recovery. Years affected by regional natural disasters, national scandals and industry shakeups have still seen our salary surveys released.
The Copier Careers® 2019 Sales Representative Salary Survey results are now available! This year’s survey reflects the responses of 10,676 Copier Channel sales professionals across the United States. Copier Careers uses these annual surveys to provide a year-by-year snapshot of how well industry professionals are compensated, how satisfied they are in their careers and how closely their needs are aligning with the needs of their employers.
Our 2019 Sales Representative Salary Survey results are in! This year, 10,676 Copier Channel sales rep professionals responded to our survey. The resulting snapshot shows sales reps in a strong position – compensation remains good and the high demand for sales reps gives top performers opportunities for advancement. The challenge for employers is attracting top talent while protecting their current lineup from poaching.
Holding steady. That is what responses to our annual Sales Representative salary survey show in 2019. Total compensation has ticked up slightly, and experienced sales reps remain in very high demand, but as mergers and acquisitions reshape the industry, sales reps have grown more cautious about seeking out new positions.
