9934: Selling Sales Manager

Selling Sales Manager needed for a dealer in the La Crosse, WI market. Track record of successful leadership in the office solutions channel required along with a passion for developing sales representatives. Candidates must have a strong knowledge and background in selling managed services.

Purpose:

• Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop strong business relationships with new and existing customers.

Duties:

• Conduct weekly performance reviews to ensure sales and activity goals are met.
• Hire, train, and develop a sales team.
• Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue streams.
• Evalute and present sales updates to leadership.

• Work with sales staff to master the sales cycle and close deals through training and development.
