9843: Branch Sales Manager

Reputable Independent Dealer is seeking a Branch Sales Manager with the goal of expanding their marketshare with building onto their current team in Sacramento, CA. Candidate will be working to implement policies, procedures and motivate the current team and work to increased the head count. This person will have the option to sell or strictly manage the team.

Essential Job Duties

• Understanding the products and providing the best solutions to clients while supporting clients’ needs.
• Managing and coaching a growing sales branch of 3-4 sales representatives
• Coaching a team and developing them to their fullest potential
• Meeting and setting performance standards for sales team
• Managing P&L and profitability of the branch
• Managing receivable turns for branch
• Managing hiring process
• Assisting operations department/administrative departments to assure all needs are met

Qualifications

• A proven ability to be both a sales professional & leader in a quota driven role
• Experience managing an outside sales team
