9569: Tier I Help Desk Technician
Our client is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician for their Albuquerque, MN Location. Industry experience required as well customer service, organization and strong communication skills are a must for the position.
- Candidate will have Microsoft Office 2007 up to Microsoft Office 365 support knowledge.
- A+ certification required or the ability to obtain it quickly for this role.
- Imaging software such as GHOST or other equivalents would be ideal.
- Medium Network Management (Toning Lines and Performing Cross Connects).
- Advanced level support for Zebra printers with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and place multiple units in 1 day.
- Placing multiple PC’s in a timely manner.
- 2-4 years of hardware experience/ software troubleshooting experience beyond help desk tier 1.
- Ticket Queue Management.
