Customer Service Representative needed for a reputable dealer in Chicago, IL. This candidate must be self-sufficient, self- starter and willing to take on responsibilities that will support others within the organization. Candidate must be extremely reliable in work performance and attendance. Candidate must be pleasant, professional and enjoy contact with colleagues and clients. Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently will help evolve this position into future growth within the organization.

Multi-task Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining on-going communications with current clients
• Working and managing a CRM database
• Telemarketing Calls
• Assistance in the creation of marketing material, email teasers and letters
• Responsible for contacting potential clients
• Answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
