On-Site Technical Service Represented needed for an Government account in Washington, DC. Candidate is required to have basic troubleshooting skills, a high level of customer service support and effective communication for the role. Some daily job tasks will include: meter readings, toner replacement, supply tracking/handling and minor repairs on devices. This role will be the liaison between our client and the direct OEM technician to assist with any escalated service issues. Compensation will reflect experience.
