Independent Dealer in the Jensen Beach, FL market is looking for an Operations Manager/Billing Specialist with strong industry experience and specific knowledge on implementing policies and procedures. Candidate ideally will have knowledge of E-Automate for this role. Compensation is based on previous experience.

Duties:

• Experience in overseeing Administration, Sales Order Entry and Contract Billing
• Recording revenue
• Reconciliation
• Inventory analysis
• Assist in financial reports including financial statements and budget performance.
• Working directly with leasing company
