Our client is seeking a Regional District Sales Manager with a complete territory throughout TN, IN, KY, OH and MO. Candidate must have industry leadership experience and be well versed in Managed Print and Managed IT Solutions. Our client offers award-winning products and solutions which makes them unique in the National and local marketplace. 75% travel will be required for this role. There will be a great compensation and benefits package available.
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a district sales manager is expected to undertake in their position:
- Establish sales objectives through forecasting through a sales process
- Commit to 75% travel within the Midwest Territory for rep ride days and customer visits
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans and reviewing sales performance
- Maintain sales quotas, product and services mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Complete sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members and following up on work results
- Maintain Midwest sales staff through regular recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
- Employ assistance from vice president and other resources as needed to ensure quotas are consistently met
- Project expected sales volume and profit for new and existing products
- Work with marketing coordinator to drive sales in all territories
- Drive sales team to maintain and update CRM with all sales activity
