9303: Support Desk Analyst
Our client is starting see movement in their remote support division so they’re seeking a Support Desk Analyst for their office in New York, NY. This role is to provide technial support to their clients and internal employees. Support will be: phone, remote troublshooting and field on-site support. They’re seeking candidates who are goal oriented, self-starting and energetic. Working experience with Go-To-Assist will be preferred for this role.
- Support clients and internal employees with application assistance and IT related functions using remote tools.
- Has the ability to multi-task, is organized and has advanced knowledge of the industry.
- Utilizes client service training to establish rapport and assist clients.
- Performs service-related follow-ups and outbound client contact according to company procedure.
- Maintains up-to-date training regimens to achieve the goal of the best possible client service in the most efficient time and at the least possible cost.
