Candidate must be:

• Experience in billing and invoicing.
• Accustomed to working with month end deadlines.
• Great with time management skills.
• Strong communicator, both orally and in writing.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Ability to respond promptly to needs of department.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Review contracts for completeness and enter into system.
• Daily, process invoices for customers.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
