Our client is seeking a Help Desk Manager to manage and build their Help Desk division in the New York, NY market. Candidate with experience with cloud based systems such as ConnectWise and Autotask would be ideal for this role. Experience as it pertains to cloud based telecommunications would be idea, along with the print and imaging side of the business. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and quarterly bonus opportunity will be in place as the division excels.
