Our client in the Greater Denver, CO market is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative candidate who will be responsible for assuring the highest level of customer and sales support. This candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines. Candidate will focus on maintaining and improving customer relationships, ensuring accuracy and promoting one contact resolution.

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking incoming calls, chats, and emails from both Customers, Sales Team, and Service Techs
  • Working within a Ticketing System to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Accurately placing orders and offering product substitutes as needed
  • Process orders, returns, and researching products via the web, catalog and vendor contacts
  • Thorough follow up and problem resolution
  • Working in a team environment as well as own independent tasks as assigned
  • Communicate directly with customers, sales team, and service technicians to process orders/requests and ensure company standards are met
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and positive attitude
  • Working in multiple systems to complete assigned tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
