Sales Representative is needed for an established dealer in Manhattan to focus on building their territory by providing a complete array of hardware and solutions to their clients. Candidate will focus primarily on seeking net new business, so a hunter is required.

Purpose:

  • Develops new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new product features.

Duties:

  • Attract new customers
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
