Industry-experienced Contracts Administrator and Service Coordinator needed for a client in Atlanta, GA. Previous industry experience is required.

Duties:

  • Set up all service contracts using company software.
  • Renew and bill service contracts.
  • Complete scheduling for technicians.
  • Review contracts for accuracy and completion.
  • Order and track inventory and service parts.
  • Process service tickets to file claims.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate both the service and installation of equipment.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of copier industry experience required.
  • Must have an Associate’s Degree or higher.
  • Contracts and billing experience required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to work in the office daily.
  • Must be a team player.
