6470: Regional Recruiter

Currently seeking a Regional Recruiter for a great opportunity in the Minneapolis, MN area. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2-3 years of office, sales or marketing experience.

Responsibilities of the Regional Recruiter:

• Responsible for the management of your own territory.
• Responsible for sourcing known, bench-marked candidates within the region from a well-developed database of nearly 100,000 industry professionals and presenting them to our Retained Clients.
• Review and evaluate resumes and make matches to the client company’s job order.
• Conduct impromptu and schedule phone screens with qualified candidates.
• Manage applicant responses to client company’s job postings.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and applicants

Requirements of the Regional Recruiter:

• At least 2-3 years of office, sales or marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated
