Our client is seeking a Technology Sales Representative in Tempe, AZ, who will drive new B2B business by offering a comprehensive suite of modern office technology, including Managed IT Services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, VoIP phone systems, and advanced printing equipment. This is a high-impact, non-entry-level role for a hunter who thrives on building recurring monthly revenue and serving as a single trusted technology partner to local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new accounts through cold calling, networking, social selling, and in-person visits across the assigned territory.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions with C-level executives, business owners, and IT managers to identify infrastructure gaps.
• Cross-sell diverse product lines, spanning hardware, cloud software, and recurring IT support, to maximize account value.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial pipeline generation and custom proposal creation to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and activities within the company CRM.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas.
• Direct background selling Managed IT Services (MSP), office equipment/copiers, VoIP, cybersecurity, or SaaS solutions.
• Established professional network or existing book of business within the Phoenix metropolitan market is a major advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing abilities paired with independent time-management skills.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a professional demeanor.
