12562: Delivery & Installation Technician

Our client is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery & Installation Technician to handle the safe transport, professional setup, and client-facing installation of multi-function printing equipment and office solutions in Orang County, CA. In this role, you won’t just move hardware, you will act as the face of the organization, delivering an exceptional client experience from delivery through basic network setup.

Primary Responsibilities

• Equipment Transport & Setup: Safely load, unload, transport, and position multi-function copiers, printers, and document solutions at customer locations.
• On-Site Installation: Perform physical equipment setup, initial machine configurations, and basic connectivity/networking support.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary on-site representative, walking customers through successful installs and delivering clear, professional communication throughout the process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with dispatch, service technicians, sales representatives, and administrative teams to ensure seamless delivery schedules and issue resolution.
• Professional Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment and vehicle while adhering to safety protocols for heavy equipment handling.

Position Requirements

• Industry Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in copier/printer delivery, installation, or field setup.
• Technical Skills: Mechanically inclined with basic IT and network setup capabilities.
  Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to safely maneuver, load, unload, and position heavy office equipment.
• Soft Skills: Punctual, self-motivated, and polished with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
