12558: MPS Help Desk, Dispatch & Reporting Analyst

Our client is actively seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate MPS Help Desk, Dispatching, & Reporting Analyst opening based out of Montgomery County, MD. This role can be fully remote, offering high operational flexibility while serving as a critical support driver for key government accounts by managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident intake, triage, dispatching, ticket lifecycles, and strict SLA tracking. Beyond daily help desk functions, the position leads monthly performance reporting, fleet optimization analysis, and rigorous security and compliance monitoring to ensure high-level system reliability across account operations. Qualified candidates must possess prior Managed Print Services (MPS) or office technology industry experience and be able to successfully pass an extensive government background check to qualify for immediate placement.
