12538: Regional Sales Manager

Our client is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across Western Idaho, based in Boise with travel to Twin Falls and potential to add in Pocatello and Idaho Falls markets. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for achieving the territory’s budget and delivering accurate sales forecasts. The Manager spends 60% of time in the field performing daily ride-alongs, providing direct support, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead, manage, recruit, and mentor the Account Manager team, providing continuous product and sales technique training.
• Execution: Drive sales goal achievement, manage team pipelines, and personally engage in key account meetings, negotiations, and major presentations.
• Process Management: Ensure accurate CRM utilization, complete bi-monthly pipeline reporting, and manage the preparation and submission of all RFPs.
• Proactive Support: Monitor territory performance, resolve obstacles for Account Managers quickly, and ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent engagement (including mandatory QBRs).
