12454: Implementation/Deployment Manager

Our client in the DC Metro market is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Implementation/Deployment Manager to lead operational phase-ins for complex Managed Print Services (MPS) deployments. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving performance, accountability, and cross-functional execution across large-scale projects (ranging from 100 to 1,000+ devices).

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Execution: Lead large-scale MPS deployments, managing scope, timelines, site readiness, equipment logistics, and risk registers.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Conduct high-level kickoff meetings and manage communications across internal teams, customers, OEMs, distribution partners, and subcontractors.
• Procurement & Asset Management: Own the equipment procurement timeline, validate lead times, and proactively manage inventory risks.
• Fleet Onboarding: Onboard deployed devices into fleet-management/DCA platforms (registering assets, establishing meter baselines, and configuring auto-replenishment).
• Operational Handoff & Closeout: Deliver seamless, comprehensive account handoffs to Service Operations at go-live and oversee formal project closeouts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Industry Experience: 5+ years managing MPS, copier, or imaging deployment transitions, implementations, and logistics.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with field-service management software (e.g., e-automate) and remote fleet-monitoring/DCA platforms (e.g., FMAudit).
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to build detailed site plans and master schedules; PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Sector Experience: Background in Federal government contracting or public-sector operations is highly preferred.
• Education & Citizenship: Bachelor’s degree required. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Travel/Location: Must be based in the DC Metro (DMV) area OR live fully remote near a major airport for required travel.
