12414: Sales Administrator
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Sales Administrator to join our client’s team in the Essex County, NJ market. In this critical, fast-paced role, you will manage the entire sales order process and serve as the central hub of communication for every aspect of a deal, requiring exceptional customer service and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with sales representatives, customers, warehouse logistics, and administration. The ideal candidate must be a flexible self-starter who excels at multitasking and maintaining strict attention to detail under tight deadlines. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required, and prior proficiency with the e-Automate system is a significant plus. Our client is highly motivated to speak with adaptable professionals who bring a strong organizational background, and they are openly welcoming candidates with experience in lease administration or other specialized support roles within the office technology space.
