Our client is seeking a results-driven Client Success Manager to serve as the primary strategic partner for their IT clients in Morris County, NJ. This is a relationship-focused role centered on client satisfaction, technology advocacy, and long-term business alignment.
The Mission
You will act as the bridge between client business goals and our technical solutions. Your success is measured by your ability to conduct high-level strategic reviews, manage IT lifecycles, and ensure clients have every technical advantage to run securely and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and facilitate discussions on future business enhancements.
- Lifecycle Management: Identify end-of-life assets, prepare hardware upgrade quotes, and manage annual IT budgets for clients.
- Consultative Sales: Partner with Solutions Architects to recommend services that add genuine value rather than just maximizing margins.
- Onboarding & Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for new client onboarding and escalated technical concerns.
- Account Hygiene: Maintain detailed CRM records, project status, and forecasting to ensure a “central repository” of client intelligence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in Account Management or Consultative Sales (MSP/IT services background required).
- Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of MSP, Cybersecurity, and Cloud business models.
- Communication: Elite ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executives.
- Organization: Highly resourceful, analytical, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PSA/Ticketing systems, quoting tools, and lifecycle software (e.g., ScalePad).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention and growth targets.
