Our client is seeking a driven, fearless, and highly motivated hunter-type Sales Representative to manage and grow a premier sales territory within Morris County, NJ, focusing on the sale of copiers and Managed Print Services (MPS) under recurring service contracts.

This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives on generating new business, excels at cold outreach, and possesses the grit to manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial prospect to the final handshake. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of sales success, preferably in MPS or a similar recurring-revenue environment, and communicates with confidence when engaging decision-makers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Prospect, cold call, and aggressively generate new business opportunities within your assigned Morris County territory.
Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments to deliver tailored solution presentations to business owners and C-suite executives.
Full Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
Pipeline Accuracy: Build and maintain a robust pipeline with consistent activity and high-integrity forecasting.
Revenue Focus: Develop strategic copier and MPS solutions that drive long-term, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for hardware and service contracts.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience (Office Tech, IT Services, Telecom, or other MRR-based industries preferred).
The “Hunter” Mentality: A demonstrated track record of aggressive prospecting and consistent quota achievement.
Outreach Mastery: Elite cold-calling skills and the ability to initiate high-value conversations with new prospects.
Executive Presence: Experience presenting to and negotiating with senior-level decision-makers.
Autonomy: Self-motivated and disciplined; able to manage complex sales cycles independently without daily supervision.
Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the territory.

Preferred Experience
Direct background in Copier Sales or Managed Print Services.
Deep familiarity with solution-based selling and recurring revenue models.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho).
