Our client is seeking an OEM Certified Technician to manage a territory throughout Decatur, AL, specifically looking for candidates who hold the manufacturer certifications necessary to hit the ground running. Beyond mechanical expertise, this role requires strong networking skills, including the ability to install print drivers and configure scan-to-email or scan-to-file functions. Purpose:

• Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.

Duties:

• Verifies equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
