Our client is seeking an industry-experienced Field Service Technician to provide expert technical support for business and production printing equipment, primarily in the Quad Cities. You’ll be the face of our service department, ensuring local businesses stay productive through high-quality mechanical and basic network troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and repair hardware and mechanical issues.
Perform basic networking (IP addresses, drivers, and document management).
Maintain parts inventory and document service results accurately.
Provide professional, “customer-first” service to de-escalate technical issues.

Qualifications:
Degree in electronics/mechanics OR equivalent work experience.
Experience with copiers, printers, or networking preferred.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & technical navigation).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
