Our client is looking for a reliable and talented Technician to support customers throughout the Quad Cities, covering Moline, Illinois, and extending north to Eldridge and Clinton, Iowa. We are searching for a seasoned professional who not only has deep technical knowledge and manufacturer training but is also the person others look to when a job gets particularly tough. While your ability to solve complex mechanical issues is vital, being able to talk to customers and represent the company with a professional, helpful attitude is just as important. Purpose:

• Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.

Duties:

• Verifies equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
