12147: Production Print Technician

Our client is actively searching for an Industry Experienced Production Print Technician to service the Greater Salt Lake City, UT market, specifically focusing on accounts in Salt Lake and stretching south throughout Utah County, including Provo, American Fork, and Spanish Fork. This role requires a primary focus on maintaining and repairing production print devices, but candidates must also be prepared to service MFPs and standard printers; compensation will be highly competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s experience and specialized training, and the position is further enhanced by the provision of a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.

Purpose:

• Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.

Duties:

• Verifies equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
