12117: Technician

Our client is seeking a highly skilled, industry-experienced Senior Field Service Technician to cover Kirkland, WA market over to Redmond, South to Bellevue and Seattle. This role is intended for an expert who possesses strong OEM-specific training and is the technician that peers rely on for advanced, complex field troubleshooting. Excellent customer service and client communication skills are considered equally critical to technical ability. Purpose:

• Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.

Duties:

• Verifies equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
