12075: Help Desk Analyst I
We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally customer-focused individual to join our team as a Help Desk Support Analyst, Level I. We are not looking for someone who simply fixes computers; we are looking for a detailed, thorough, and empathetic professional who is passionate about providing excellent service. This role serves as the critical frontline of our support operations, requiring you to expertly multitask between various high-volume administrative and client-facing duties. Your core responsibilities include processing all incoming service tickets, accurately building out detailed tickets for our advanced Level 2 dispatch team, and maintaining consistent, proactive communication with clients who call or email for updates. You will be fully trained on our systems and processes, but attention to detail and a genuine drive to serve the customer are non-negotiable requirements for success.
