Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands our client’s customer base
• Coaching, mentoring and training sales team
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasting to executive teams
• Identify emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of industry products and services and competition status
• Network with the local community and seek new business
• Exemplify how to hunt new business by cold calling and responding to leads
• Train reps on how to maintain assigned territory with excellent customer service
• Become an expert of all products, services and solutions to offer to clients
