12009: Sales Director

Our client is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead their sales organization across Pompano Beach and additional markets throughout Southern Florida. Reporting directly to the President, this role is responsible for driving new business revenue, strengthening client retention, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Director will play a critical role in shaping strategy, mentoring sales leaders, and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers measurable results.

Position Summary
The Sales Director provides hands-on leadership to sales teams across multiple Southern Florida offices, balancing regional oversight with direct engagement in customer opportunities. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in a growth-oriented environment and has proven success in scaling organizations. Travel between offices will be required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams across Southern Florida
Actively support teams in negotiating and closing strategic deals
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers
Participate directly in major sales opportunities and customer engagements
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Set revenue goals, manage forecasting, and track performance against targets
Provide leadership and mentoring to both sales staff and clients on products, solutions, and growth opportunities
Partner with the President as a key member of the sales leadership team to achieve organizational goals
Manage departmental budgets, optimize cost centers, and support scalable growth
Uphold company standards for risk management, compliance, and data integrity

Qualifications & Experience
6+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
Strong track record in deploying sales processes and shaping team culture
Experience managing budgets and cost centers for efficiency and results
Expertise in both new business development and account expansion/retention
