12001: Production and Solutions Analyst

Our client is seeking a Production and Solutions Analyst to join their team in the Twin Cities, MN to cover throughout the 7 main counties and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with customer support and training, while staying on top of evolving print and software solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Train and educate the sales team and clients, both onsite and in the field
• Manage the demo room, ensuring all hardware and software are properly set up and maintained
• Provide support and training on VCare software
• Install, update, and train users on Fiery software
• Develop a deep understanding of all equipment offered by our client, including Wide Format and 6-color devices
• Stay current with production and workflow solutions, including Adobe Creative Suite and platforms such as Square 9, RSA, PaperCut, Umango, and more
• Assist with Printanista installations and occasional Tier 1 device installations
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement growth strategies for new and existing solutions
• Support the implementation of internal scanning solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and hardware solutions
• Experience in production print or related industries preferred
• Excellent communication and training skills to work effectively with sales teams and clients
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
