11949: Technician

Our client is seeking an Industry Experienced Field Technician to work a territory throughout Suffolk and Nassau County, NY. Client ideally would like experience and training on their OEM, including production print, but open for overall industry experience. An IT/network savvy candidate would be a plus for this role as well. Compensation commensurate with experience, as well as training bonus opportunities available.

Purpose:

• Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.

Duties:

• Verifies equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Must have IT and networking experience
