11904: Major Account Sales Executive
Our is expanding its enterprise sales team with the addition of a proven, results-oriented Major Account Sales Executive in the Toledo, OH market. This high-impact role is focused on building long-term partnerships with a portfolio of large, strategically identified accounts within our region—including Fortune 500 companies, healthcare systems, and leading universities.
You’ll be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities, driving strategic growth, and managing complex sales engagements within assigned major accounts. This is more than a sales role—it’s a chance to act as a trusted advisor to some of the most influential organizations in our marketplace.
The Opportunity:
- Own and grow a designated list of key accounts—working closely with executive leadership, procurement teams, and multiple business units to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
- Establish deep relationships across client organizations, understanding their operational challenges and aligning company services to solve them
- Develop account strategies that prioritize long-term growth and retention, while continually seeking new revenue channels
- Navigate complex sales cycles, including RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, contract negotiations, and multi-level stakeholder management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level B2B sales, with a focus on solution selling and large account management
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business while expanding and nurturing existing relationships
- Strong understanding of the full sales process—from initial outreach and lead qualification through to close and post-sale growth
- Experience managing formal procurement processes, including bid responses, proposals, and contract terms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently present to and influence executive-level decision makers
- High level of initiative, resilience, and a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
