11902: Major Account Sales Executive
Our client is looking to add a high-performing, experienced Major Account Sales Executive to join our team, focusing exclusively on named and major accounts in the Cleveland, OH and surrounding market. This is a strategic sales role for someone who thrives in a solution-based, consultative B2B environment and has a proven track record of success working with large, complex organizations such as Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, and universities.
As a Major Accounts Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and developing long-term relationships within a protected list of enterprise-level accounts. The right candidate will bring deep expertise in prospecting, territory development, and navigating multi-layered decision-making structures across large organizations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A career-oriented professional with 5+ years of business development experience in strategic, solution-based B2B sales
- Proven success selling into major/named accounts and managing multiple stakeholders across complex sales cycles
- Ability to manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and cold calling to closing and account growth
- Strong experience writing and responding to bid specs, proposals, and contracts
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in identifying client needs, tailoring solutions, and managing objections with professionalism and persistence
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently within a team environment
