11872: IT Support Technician

Our client is seeking a well-rounded IT Support Technician to provide a mix of helpdesk support and on-site technical services in Parkersburg, WV and this role will work with accounts throughout the state. This role requires a hands-on problem solver who can confidently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues, both remotely and at client locations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with firewalls, access points, intrusion prevention systems, and disaster recovery solutions. Responsibilities include monitoring for ransomware threats, installing and configuring access points, running and terminating network cable, and responding to service requests in a timely and professional manner.

This is a client-facing role, so strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer service mindset are essential.
