Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to build and grow a territory in the San Francisco, CA market. This is a hunter role, ideal for candidates with a strong track record of securing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Success in this position will depend on the ability to effectively sell a full suite of offerings, including Managed Services, Managed Print, Security, and Software Solutions. While industry experience is preferred, our client is also open to accomplished B2B sales professionals from outside the channel who bring energy, professionalism, and a proven ability to close.
Purpose:
- Develops new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new product features.
Duties:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
