11751: Warehouse Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on, proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in the copier and office technology industry in Morris County, NJ. This role will oversee day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations and manage a small team of warehouse and installation staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and staging of copiers, printers, and office technology.
• Manage and support a team of 3 direct reports: 2 warehouse/setup technicians and 1 installation technician.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes for efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using e-Automate; ensure timely and correct inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate equipment setup, delivery, and installations.
• Negotiate with vendors for equipment, shipping, and supplies as needed; build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures within the warehouse.
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) to track performance, communicate, and manage data.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the copier or office technology industry.
• Prior experience managing or leading a small team.
• Familiarity with e-Automate or similar ERP/inventory software is required.
• Experience in developing or improving operational processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

Preferred:

• Experience in the copier, printer, or office technology distribution or service industry.
• Forklift certification or knowledge of equipment handling and staging.
