Our client is seeking a highly organized and industry-experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations for a company in the Greater Salt Lake City area. This role requires proven leadership skills and a background in bookkeeping. Experience with e-Automate software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on day-to-day tasks.
  • Oversee financial processes including invoicing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping.
  • Coordinate internal communications and support cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general facility needs.
  • Utilize e-Automate (preferred) to manage workflow and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar office management or leadership role.
  • Strong background in bookkeeping or financial administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Experience with e-Automate or similar business management software strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
