Our client is seeking a highly organized and industry-experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations for a company in the Greater Salt Lake City area. This role requires proven leadership skills and a background in bookkeeping. Experience with e-Automate software is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on day-to-day tasks.
- Oversee financial processes including invoicing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping.
- Coordinate internal communications and support cross-departmental collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general facility needs.
- Utilize e-Automate (preferred) to manage workflow and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar office management or leadership role.
- Strong background in bookkeeping or financial administration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Experience with e-Automate or similar business management software strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
