11722: Production Print Technician

An OEM Certified Production Print Technician is needed for our client to service a territory primarily covering the Greater Dallas, TX and surrouding markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and basic networking abilities, including experience with Xerox and/or Ricoh production print and MFP systems. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s specific training and certifications on Xerox and/or Ricoh product lines. This position includes a company-provided vehicle, excellent benefits, and access to a performance-based bonus program.

Purpose:

• Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.

Duties:

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
• Sets up client networks, print drivers, scan to email, scan to SMB. Provides training to clients on devices.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
