11686: Technician

Industry Experienced Field Technician needed in Central, TN to cover the markets of Rutherford County, Bedford County and parts of Nashville, TN with a primary focus on service calls within the assigned territory. Working experience and certifications with their product lines would be ideal for the role, but they are open to overall industry experience. Company vehicle provided will be provided, so candidates must have an impeccable driving record.

Purpose:

• Repairs and maintains office equipment by performing diagnostic tests; cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts and components; maintains parts and supplies inventory.

Duties:

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform required job elements to established standards while remaining current regarding technical knowledge and trends.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
