Our client is seeking an industry experienced Major Account Sales Representative in Asheville, NC to drive growth in the copier and office technology segment with a focus on healthcare clients. This role is 50% account management and 50% new business development, providing an exciting opportunity to nurture existing client relationships while expanding market presence.

Responsibilities:
Account Growth & Client Acquisition – Maintain and expand key accounts in the copier sector, with a primary focus on healthcare clients._x000b_Sales Performance – Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by promoting cutting-edge copier technology, IT solutions, and managed services._x000b_Client Engagement – Conduct weekly virtual and in-person meetings to strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction._x000b_Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless implementation and support._x000b_CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools. Provide weekly updates to management on prospecting, pipeline status, and client engagement._x000b_End-to-End Sales Process – Manage the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales support, ensuring smooth implementation at client sites._x000b_Monthly Sales Targets – Consistently achieve revenue and activity goals by identifying high-value opportunities and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
Proven Sales Expertise – Strong experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales, and customer relationship management within the copier and IT solutions industry._x000b_Industry Knowledge – In-depth understanding of copier solutions, IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and network management._x000b_Strategic Thinker – Ability to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive business growth._x000b_Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – Strong ability to engage clients, present solutions effectively, and close deals._x000b_Team Player & Self-Starter – Capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure success._x000b_Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored technology solutions.
