Our client is seeking an Industry Sales Manager for their Lakeland, FL market to expand their current team. The position will be responsible for driving new business growth, enhancing existing client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities in the Tampa and Lakeland area. Candidate will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. This role includes designing and executing strategic sales plans, managing vendor and leasing partnerships, and fostering a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand their customer base.
- Ensure the successful execution of Equipment and Services Strategy.
- Drive profitable growth through contract retention, service expansion, and new business acquisition.
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and routines to support sales objectives.
- Hold Technology Specialists accountable for sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts, support, and resources for optimal sales execution.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance the team’s skills and effectiveness.
- Assess team performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and develop training plans.
- Engage proactively to achieve financial targets and company goals.
- Actively participate in company meetings, team functions, and volunteer initiatives.
- Promote and embody our clients’ fundamentals in every customer interaction.
