Our client is seeking a Technology focused Inside Sales Representative for their location in the Twin Cities. Ideal candidate will come from the industry on the technical side and our client will work with the candidate on teaching them on the sales side of the role. This role will have an existing account base to work to expand their portfolio of product offering, while going after new business. Opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses, along with excellent benefits and profit sharing.
Purpose:
- Develops new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new product features.
Duties:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects; researching and analyzing purchasing options.
- Identifies product products by remaining current on industry dealers, market activities, and competitors.
- Closes purchase by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
