Responsibilities:

  • Work with local senior leadership to continue to evolve the sales strategy
  • Build a team. As the leader of the sales team you’ll set the tone and pace for the entire group
    • Work with HR Manager to find and assess talent
    • On-board and train new hires
    • Provide ongoing development and coaching to allow individual sales reps to reach their personal and professional goals
  • Coach and motivate different sales personalities for optimal performance
  • Grow in your role and expertise. Put plans in place to attain results for yourself, your team, and the Company

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years demonstrated sales leadership experience in the office technology industry required (copiers, printers, document management, solution selling, technology [IT/software] sales)
  • Experience building a successful sales team
  • Ability to influence others through coaching versus directing
  • Ability to hold others accountable
  • To be data driven, identifying data to be collected to monitor sales progress and then the ability to look at the data to form conclusions and create plans
  • Proactive self-starter who is adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work independently
  • The ability to work in-office. This is not a hybrid nor a remote position
  • Excellent communication skills
