10987: Sales Manager

Industry Experienced Sales Manager is needed for our client in the West Palm Beach and Sourthern, FL marketplace. Candidate must have minimum 2 years of leadership experience and expert level knowledge of the industry when it comes to all the services and solutions that our client will be able to provide. Phenomenal mentoring, coaching and people management skills is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands our client’s customer base
• Coaching, mentoring and training sales team
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasting to executive teams
• Identify emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of industry products and services and competition status
• Network with the local community and seek new business
• Exemplify how to hunt new business by cold calling and responding to leads
• Train reps on how to maintain assigned territory with excellent customer service
• Become an expert of all products, services and solutions to offer to clients
