10972: e-Automate Contract Biller and Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking an e-Automate Contract Biller and Customer Service Representative for their organization in the Chicagloand, IL market. This role will wear a number of different hats, with the most significant part of the role as a contract biller working with e-Automate. Other tasks for this position will be: Dispatching Service Calls, Parts Ordering, Taking inbound service calls and working with their service providers and client interfacing as they come into the office for assistance. Candidate must be flexible in this role to take on the number of different tasks as needed. Organization, effective communication and attention to detail is a must to be successful in this position.
