10959: IT Installation Technician

IT Installation Technician needed for our client in Orange County, CA. Candidate will be required to have excellent customer service skillset as well as ability to connect the devices to our client’s network at installation. Setting up the IP address, scan to print, scan to mobile and other tasks for this role.

Duties:

• Work at on-site to install copiers and printers as well as deliver them to clients.
• Follow detailed instructions for accurate installation of machine.
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures for installation.
• Test and diagnose issues with the machine.
• Maintain a sense of urgency to meet company and client installation goals.
